Happy Sunday! I hope you all had a great week! I took my son to see Monkey Kingdom today and we both really enjoyed it. I'm excited to share that I've been selected to host a Summer Fun Party! It will be sometime the weekend of May 16th-17th but I am still working on securing a great venue (or deciding if we should all just meet at a public park or playground). I will keep everyone posted.
This week we have another advanced screening giveaway up and running. If you are not already a fan of our Facebook page be sure to like the page and turn on notifications to be the first to find out about any schedule changes, new giveaways, etc.
In addition to the event listings, remember there are LOTS more events listed in the updated weekly events article including open gyms, story times at the local libraries, craft workshops and more. We also have a Kids Eat Free or Cheap section, a Now Showing section with current productions at local theaters, and a Macaroni Kid Saves section. I have also added the 2015-2016 MCPS school calendar to the newsletter.
