Enjoy a free, public dance performance in the heart of Poolesville, MD on Sunday, June 2, 2024 at the Whalen Commons Bandshell. 

This outdoor, Hope Garden Children's Ballet Theatre production will primarily showcase the students of Poolesville’s Essence Studios, Dance & Performing Arts, and will feature dances inspired by some of our favorite fairy tales, presented in ballet, tap, jazz/contemporary and hip hop, concluding with an original staging of the classic ballet "Cinderella.” 

Fun and engaging for the whole family, shows are at 12:30pm and 5pm. So bring a lawn chair and picnic basket, and enjoy your favorite fairy tales in a bold new way!
