It's time to say goodbye to the Year of the Rabbit and welcome the Year of the Dragon. The Year of the Dragon begins on February 10th. The Lunar New Year, or Spring Festival, celebrates the start of the new year on the lunar calendar. There are many local celebrations in and around Olney and Rockville to help bring forth luck and prosperity in the upcoming year.
