This year, I decided it was time for some "real" family photos. Two years ago, we got my son's picture taken at Target and while some of the pictures were great, they all were very staged looking. We are super lucky that one of our subscriber's husbands is a fabulous photographer. We had the pleasure of working with Chris from Chris Rim Photography so that I'd be able to share our experience with all of you.
Chris was very easy to work with right from the start! We chose a date and he answered all of my questions about what to wear (or not wear), best times of day, great locations, etc. He arrived promptly at our scheduled session time and was ready to start shooting. We started on the local playground and I must say my son gave Chris his workout for the day. I was amazed how Chris really threw himself into the shoot. He would jump up, climb, slide, or even fall to the ground just to get the perfect shot...and get the perfect shot he did! We did candids and family shots and they are all amazing! The photos were all ready to be viewed in about a week, and I was able to order Christmas cards using Chris' photos through Tiny Prints right away.

Everyone who has seen the pictures agrees he did an amazing job of capturing the moments, faces and personalities that we have missed when trying to take our own pictures.
