Summer House of Santa Barbara (11825 Grand Park Ave., Rockville)

A huge variety of large, delicious cookies and other treats.  My favorite of all time is the Apple Oatmeal cookie.  A close second is the Sea-Salt Chocolate Chip.  They also make some awesome Rice Krispy Treats and other goodies.

The Bean Bag Deli & Catering Company (1605 E Gude Dr., Rockville)

The Bean Bag offers a wide variety of yummy cookies.  My kids love the   They also make tubs of their cookie dough available for sale and fundraisers.  Check out Free Cookie Friday, and get a free cookie, brownie or blondie with each sandwich, full size salad or bowl of soup.  Featuring classics like chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin, and also offering gluten free options!

Sunflower Bakery (6101 Executive Blvd., North Bethesda)

Sunflower Bakery is a nonprofit dedicated to providing skilled job training and employment opportunities in the baking and hospitality industries for adults 18+ with learning differences.   Their cookies, cupcakes, muffins bars, Challah, bagels and other items are the perfect way to indulge in deliciousness while supporting a great cause.  Adorable royal iced cookies, and the ability to customize orders and individually wrapped treats and favors make Sunflower a great find!  Spoil someone with the Sweets of the Month Subscription Program (September through June).  They do offer select vegan and gluten free items, too!

Crumbl Cookies (12266 Rockville Pike, Suite K, Rockville)

Every week at Crumbl is a new adventure, with 4 specialty flavors that are offered in addition to their milk chocolate chip and chilled sugar cookie flavors.  Large, soft and iced with thick sweet icing, my family loves Crumbl Cookies.   Try their warm cookies along side their delicious ice cream, too! The current week's flavors include Cotton Candy and Berries N' Cream.  There's always something new to delight your taste buds!

Levain Bakery (4844 Bethesda Ave., Bethesda)

The famous Levain Bakery of New York has opened in Bethesda.  Their cookies are HUGE, cakey and indulgent.  For me the Chocolate Chip Walnut is pure heaven.  The Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter was cookie enough for several days for me. People wait in line for these cookies in NYC for hours, and I can see why!
