Backyard grillers of the Gaithersburg area, it's time to show us what you've got! After the smashing success of the first ever Great Gaithersburg Bake-Off, the Casey Community Center’s Let’s Cook@Casey team is back with another fun regional recipe competition. Submit your best grilled recipe to The Great Gaithersburg Grill-Off for your chance to be named the greatest griller in the land. The winner will receive a Gaithersburg prize package, a blue ribbon, and the title of Great Gaithersburg Grill-Off Champion.
Recipe submissions are due by July 9, 2021 and will be scored by a panel of food experts and grilling enthusiasts; the 3 grillers with the highest scoring recipe submissions will be announced as the finalists on July 23, 2021. The finalists will then prepare and present their recipes at the Casey Community Center’s National Night Out event on Tuesday, August 3, 2021. (Yes, they’ll be grilling live and in-person at the event!)
