If I don't hear from you, I pick a new winner. There have been several prizes that I have had to draw names for multiple times, so I wanted to make sure you are all aware of how this works. I hope everyone had a nice weekend and a happy Valentine's Day. Starting this week, the newsletter will be coming out on Tuesday mornings, barring some unforeseen circumstance. I'm very excited about some articles we have in the works, but am always looking for more ideas, as well as articles written by subscribers. I'm excited to announce I have joined the North-Potomac Darnestown Patch as a member of the Mom Council....but that got me thinking, what a great idea for Mac Kid as well...so I am asking for a few moms and dads who are interested in participating 1-2 times per month in giving us your opinions on a topic of the week. Raffle tickets are available until February 26th! Proceeds are going to help a local toddler (who many of you know happens to be my son), with any money not needed for medical bills going to The Magic Foundation. We have tons of fantastic prizes available and each ticket is only $5. We have a few prizes that will not become active unless 50 or more tickets are sold. These include an autographed Vampire Diaries mini-poster and a full-sized autographed Project Runway poster. Prizes currently available include DVDs for both adults and children, stuffed animals, Project Runway gear and more!
