Happy belated 4th of July! I hope you all had a fabulous holiday weekend! We enjoyed watching the DC fireworks on TV. (Yes, I am totally spoiled by all my trips to Disney and the nightly firework shows).
This week we have a fun giveaway for our Monty Python fans! We also have tips on getting washed and dried crayon out of clothes, plus lots more! And, check the website later this week as I am pretty sure another giveaway or two will be going live. I will post on our Facebook page when/if they do. Totally unrelated to anything, but I just discovered eBates this weekend! How has no one shared this with me before. I am all about not bringing my son into stores where he will ask for EVERYTHING so I have become a huge fan of shopping online. eBates lets me earn cash back and gives promo codes to help save you money. Awesomeness! Anyone else know of other fantastic things like this I should be doing or sign up for to save money?
In addition to the event listings, remember there are LOTS more events listed in the updated weekly events article including open gyms, story times at the local libraries, craft workshops and more. We also have a Kids Eat Free or Cheap section, a Now Showing section with current productions at local theaters, and a Macaroni Kid Saves section.
