I'm thrilled to announce that starting January 1st, we will be featuring weight loss and nutrition tips, discounted exercise programs and more! I will be inviting you all to join me on my weight loss challenge, and I hope that we will all be able to keep each other accountable. We are teaming up with several of my favorite local trainers, gyms and programs so no matter what your time constraints, or how much you have to lose, there will be a program for you! We will be offering a Weight Loss Challenge through Studio 310, and featuring information, and tips from Liz Corah, founder and owner of Studio 310 (watch for her amazing bio next week!!) as well as other trainers, such as Cara Hur from Stroller Strides, nutritionists and more.
