Weekly update: It has been just over a year since I began my journey with Medifast! While I have not lost the full amount I hoped to (I'm shy of my goal weight by about 6 lbs), I feel great at the weight I am and am so impressed I have managed to keep the weight off even while traveling for work, being around kids birthday cakes, buying more meals out when on travel, etc.  I am thrilled with myself (and of course Medifast!) for the weight I have lost

I absolutely love that Medifast offers so many great choices of food, flavors and textures so you don't have to worry about getting bored eating the same thing every day.  It definitely has made it much easier for me to stay on plan when I know whether it is a chocolate craving, or a sweets craving, or just a good old hearty soup craving, Medifast has something that will do the trick!  Plus, they just keep adding more varieties so there is always a great new flavor just around the corner!   

There are over 70 food choices on Medifast, and then you add in your own favorite lean & green meal each day.  For me, I have found this to truly be a life-changing plan as I am over 65lbs lighter now then I was when I started last August.
