Weekly update: Woohoo!!!  I love when Medifast comes out with new products!  This week I got to sample several great new products I am so excited to tell you about.  You guys know I love the Chocolate Ready-to-drink shakes and use these as a staple of my Medifast plan.  This week I got to try the new Mocha Ready-to-drink shakes and they are fabulous too!!  I cannot wait to incorporate these into my meal plan.  I also got to try the new Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Cereal Crunch as well as the new Mixed Berry Cereal Crunch.  I LOVE both of these!!!  Such a great, quick way to fill your cereal or crunchy snack craving!  The Mixed Berry flavor smells and tastes like Fruit Loops, and the Cinnamon & Brown Sugar flavor is just like slightly sweetened Cheerios.  I even let some of my non-Medifaster friends try a few pieces and they were pleasantly surprised with the flavor and great crunch.  Finally, I can now say that the Parmesan Cheese Puffs and the Chili Nacho Cheese Puffs have bee reformulated and taste about a million times better!!  Like, better enough that I will order them and eat them and actually enjoy them!  Before, they were definitely not on my favorites list, but they have just moved way up in my book.  All of these new items are now available on the Medifast website.

I absolutely love that Medifast offers so many great choices of food, flavors and textures so you don't have to worry about getting bored eating the same thing every day.  It definitely has made it much easier for me to stay on plan when I know whether it is a chocolate craving, or a sweets craving, or just a good old hearty soup craving, Medifast has something that will do the trick!  Plus, they just keep adding more varieties so there is always a great new flavor just around the corner!   

There are over 70 food choices on Medifast, and then you add in your own favorite lean & green meal each day.  For me, I have found this to truly be a life-changing plan as I am over 65lbs lighter now then I was when I started last August.
