Weekly update: No huge news to report but check back in a few days for a super secret announcement about some amazing new Medifast products I will be sampling this week!
There are over 70 food choices on Medifast, and then you add in your own favorite lean & green meal each day. For me, I have found this to truly be a life-changing plan as I am over 60lbs lighter now then I was when I started last August.

As I mentioned a few weeks ago, with my crazy schedule, and all my family and work obligations, getting to the Medifast Center was becoming more and more of an issue.
