I do not like measuring and I REALLY do not like cleaning up the mess I make when I bake. Friends and family would say that I am a pretty good cook, but as soon as it calls for measuring, FORGET IT! Paint the egg carton and allow it to dry.

Woohoo!!!! Another 3 pounds down and more than half-way to my goal weight!!! I am thrilled that I was able to complete all of the fun challenges that Medifast gave me to complete over the holidays which helped me stay on-track and continue to lose weight even while enjoying family feasts.
