Egg Carton Turtles
What you’ll need…
Egg Cartons- cut into a square (4 egg holes/squares total)
Paint
Construction paper
Scissors
Glue
2 small googly eyes
What you’ll do…
Paint the egg carton and allow it to dry.

My Medifast Weight Loss Journey- week 22
Woohoo!!!! Another 3 pounds down and more than half-way to my goal weight!!! I am thrilled that I was able to complete all of the fun challenges that Medifast gave me to complete over the holidays which helped me stay on-track and continue to lose weight even while enjoying family feasts.
For those just joining us, I have been going to the Medifast Center in the Kentlands for the past 19 weeks and am on my way to becoming a much smaller, healthier version of myself.
