Better Late Than Never, Right?!
So...I am back from Sedona which was amazing...however, my trip out there was anything but! My four year old trooper put up with over 15 hours of travel which was nothing short of a miracle. We took the ICC shuttle from Shady Grove metro to BWI. My husband was dropping us off before he left for work so we were already going to have over 3 hours at the airport. We get to the airport, get through security where I found out why people are getting so upset ...

Plus some fun new weight loss & health tools
I just got back from a week in Sedona with my son and have not been able to get to the Medifast Center yet...so no new results to report till next week. I did stay 95% on-plan during my trip and also took up Zumba.
In addition, I have been testing the Striiv and have been very impressed at how it is helping to keep me motivated to just keep moving! Not only is it really cool looking (everyone keeps asking if it is a mini-phone), but by keeping ...

In contrast, kids with low self-esteem can find challenges to be sources of major anxiety and frustration. Those who think poorly of themselves have a hard time finding solutions to problems. If given to self-critical thoughts such as "I'm no good" or ...
