About Macaroni Kid Rockville - Gaithersburg Edition

Welcome to Rockville & Gaithersburg Macaroni Kid!
Thank you for joining me as I embark on this fabulous new adventure! I can guarantee some bumps along the way, but am looking forward to becoming your go-to guide for everything family related in Rockville & Gaithersburg. We have so many amazing resources right in our neighborhood, and soon you will have their activities calendars right at your fingertips:)
In real life, I am an attorney, wife, mom to an amazing, crazy, hysterical, independent 4 year old, as well as a direct seller for Willow House. All of this led me to believe that of course I needed to add Mac Kid Publisher to my resume. As you can probably tell, I work best when busy! In my free time (haha) I love to travel, go on "adventures" with my son, motorboat, swim, veg and watch tv, and try new restaurants.
I found out about Macaroni Kid at a busy time in my life, but the idea of spreading the word about the many fantastic things that happen in our area appealed to the part of me that thought I always wanted to do public relations. I have spent the past three years learning about many of the great indoor play areas, consignment sales, outings, and offerings available to families. I'm SO thrilled to be able to put some of that knowledge to use! And, I hope that you will help me continue to learn by adding events, as well as letting your friends and local businesses know about this site.
Please feel free to send me emails with thoughts or ideas about things you would like to see in Rockville Macaroni Kid. And please, please, please keep referring friends, neighbors, colleagues...the more Macaroni's out there---the more we attract organizations that might be willing to offer items for contests and specials for our readers!

About Macaroni Kid
Macaroni Kid and its family of Publisher Moms are dedicated to delivering the scoop on all the family-friendly events and activities happening in their communities each week. Check out Macaroni Kid’s list of communities and sign up to receive your free weekly newsletter.
It all started with two old friends sharing a good meal and a great bottle of wine. From that conversation, Macaroni Kid was born and Joyce and Nicki started publishing a weekly newsletter giving moms and dads the scoop on all the weekly events in their community. From there it’s grown to dozens of other communities across the Country.
We hope you enjoy it.
